In 1 kilo of saffron (All red) like SARGUL, NEGIN and SUPER NEGIN there might be 1 to 4 pieces of white or orange parts of stem and since these parts are really light weighted it usually sticks to the back side of the packs( on cellophane or on crystal vessel).
B) Standard color of saffron is usually clear and light.
sometimes continuous of harvest and manufacturing or even the coldness of environment in harvest season might cause darkening in saffron but with the help of MHF complexe’s precise observance these dark parts won’t inter the packaging circulation.
